Description of EasyPress press-fitting accessories
The Easypress accessory is an accessory designed to be joined to cross-linked polyethylene pipes using the press-fitting technique (press-fitting system).

Easypress press-fitting accessories are compatible with both cross-linked polyethylene pipes made by the peroxide method (PEX-A pipes) and cross-linked polyethylene pipes made by the silane method (PEX-B pipes).

The greatest advantage of Easypress press fittings is their speed and convenience for the installer since battery press tools are used.

Blansol presents its Easypress accessories in two different versions: metallic version (brass) and plastic version (polyphenylsulfone or PPSU).

The radial compression bushings of Easypress fittings are made of stainless steel and are attached to the body of the fitting by a plastic ring.

Easypress accessories have been designed and manufactured following the requirements established in the European standard UNE EN ISO 15875.

In the brass version, the material used is exclusively the highest quality European brass (CW617N) that complies with the health legislation of the most demanding countries of the European Union.

The material used in the plastic version (PPSU) has high performance for use in water installations for human consumption:

Very low internal roughness. Lower pressure losses than brass fittings.
High chemical resistance. PPSU is not affected by chlorine in the water. No galvanic corrosion and oxidation problems. Likewise, it is unalterable to construction materials.
Weight. PPSU fittings are much lighter than brass fittings.
High impact resistance. PPSU accessories are very strong and durable; withstand strong impacts without breaking.
High thermal resistance. The material withstands temperatures up to 134ºC.
